Paired deployments report actual limits and status. Tracker-limit changes require an explicitly enabled control agent and a separate Apply action. Reports, Geofences and Maintenance can be applied through signed feature policies after enrolment. Retention, billing, suspension and the planned industry modules remain outside remote control.
